“I moved here a few months ago from North Carolina. It was pretty boring there – I’m loving life here. I live around the corner from here but I bike all over, exploring the city. I rode in North Carolina too,but here you have bike lanes. The bike lanes are great, and drivers seem to respect them. Although, the other day I was riding and a couple of police officers were blocking the bike lane. Me and this other girl on a bike made eye contact, like we were both thinking, ‘how do you tell a police officer not to block the bike lane?'”
