What? Another couple shoot? Meet Noel and Emily (aka @noneck and @emjacobi). Turns out we’re Greenpoint neighbors. We met up in McGolrick Park, the site of another shoot I did with Melanie. Noel took an hour off from playing with his brand new iPad to come out for the shoot, so I felt a little extra pressure to make it worth their while. As you can see, they both ride in liesurely Dutch style. You might recognize Noel’s orange bike – they were free rentals during the NY400 festival last year, and several were subsequently auctioned off. Emily’s Batavus was an eBay find – and a surprise gift from Noel. Oh, and then Noel went home and came back with another Dutch bike. These guys are serious.

Special thanks to my friend Prathap, taking a weekend off from med school, for holding my lights and making sure my stuff didn’t get stolen.
The shoot was capped off by cheap beers and good conversation at the awesomely divey Palace Cafe, where we also got to have a go with the iPad. Cheers!
