Adam - I’m not sure how this is a success story. The rusty chain would indicate that this bike was abandoned, either before or after being stripped of its wheels, saddle, and seatpost.
admin - Adam – Thanks for the comment! The category name is intended to be a bit tongue-in-cheek. I see these abandoned bike carcasses where literally every single part of the bike has been stripped away except for the bit of the bike attached to the lock. So the bike lock’s done its job. A success story, of sorts. Clearly not a happy ending for the bike.
