Photo of the day: “We’re going to the top, Niko”

Getting something from the fridge the other day, I glanced out the window and realized that the weather had turned and the sky over the city had gotten pretty damn near apocalyptic. Good chance for a dramatic rooftop portrait that I’d been considering. No models standing by, so it would have to be a self portrait – not my favorite form. It was cold and extremely windy – My light stand blew over twice (thankfully, not off the roof). I took a few frames and had to cut the session short. My fingers were numb after 5 minutes.

In the end, the setting and the colors kind of reminded reminded me of GTA 4…
