I had the pleasure to meet and photograph Shmuli, fellow cyclist and photographer<\/a>. Shmuli hails from Amersfoort, the Netherlands, where he grew up exploring his world on a bike. Who wants to ride the New York subway after that? He works as a web designer for B&H Photo<\/a> and rides his bike (an AMX Patriot, bought secondhand) to work most days from his home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. After we shot this, we quickly lost the remaining light, but not before Shmuli grabbed this great photo<\/a> of me\u00a0with his lensbaby.
