Whole Foods hosted a Bike Month Kickoff at their Tribeca location last Friday, and invited me to take some bike portraits. My &#8220;booth&#8221; was just one of several attractions, which included Citi Bike sign-ups, a table for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/203759316410674\/\" target=\"_blank\">Social Cycling NYC<\/a>\u00a0group, and a line of 100+ people queued up for free bike helmets from the DOT.\u00a0With all that adding to the normal Tribeca foot traffic, \u00a0it got a bit cozy on our patch of sidewalk, but we still had enough lovely people stop by with their bikes for a respectable little set of diverse portraits. Devoted followers of this blog will recognize Calista and her Brompton, who have\u00a0<a title=\"Calista and her Brompton\" href=\"http:\/\/gudphoto.com\/bikenyc\/2013\/05\/17\/calista-and-her-brompton\/\" target=\"_blank\">appeared<\/a>\u00a0here\u00a0<a title=\"Bike Portrait to Street Art\" href=\"http:\/\/gudphoto.com\/bikenyc\/2013\/08\/22\/bike-portrait-to-street-art\/\" target=\"_blank\">before<\/a>. And livable streets devotees might recognize safe streets activist <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KeeganNYC\" target=\"_blank\">Keegan Stephan<\/a>, who just happened to be passing by on an
