{"id":2443,"date":"2012-08-24T14:17:00","date_gmt":"2012-08-24T18:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gudphoto.com\/bikenyc\/?p=2443"},"modified":"2012-08-24T14:17:00","modified_gmt":"2012-08-24T18:17:00","slug":"citibike-party-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/gudphoto.com\/bikenyc\/2012\/08\/24\/citibike-party-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"CitiBike Party Photos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The official launch of <a href=\"http:\/\/citibikenyc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">CitiBike<\/a> is not until March of next year, but that didn&#8217;t stop over 300 New Yorkers from celebrating the imminent arrival of bike share last night. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.transalt.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Transportation Alternatives<\/a>, who organized the <a href=\"http:\/\/flavorpill.com\/brooklyn\/events\/2012\/8\/23\/transportation-alternatives-presents-celebrate-citi-bike\" target=\"_blank\">Celebrate CitiBike<\/a> party at <a href=\"roulette.org\" target=\"_blank\">Roulette<\/a>, invited me to photograph the event. Most of my time was spent taking portraits on the &#8220;green carpet&#8221; at the entrance but I also got some shots of the party itself, a bike ballet performance by the NYC bike ambassadors, and musical guests <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dujeous.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dujeous<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the party slideshow below.
