Well over 100 male, female, child, and dog New Yorkers stopped to have their bike portraits taken. Those who didn&#8217;t bring a bike got to test ride some of the brand new 2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.specialized.com\/us\/en\/bikes\/globe\/\" target=\"_blank\">Globe bikes<\/a> for free. Speaking of Globe, a huge thank you to them for sponsoring my photo project at Summer Streets. And another huge thanks to Lara and all the good people at <a href=\"http:\/\/bicyclehabitat.com\" target=\"_blank\">Bicycle Habitat<\/a> who hosted me at their shop for the event.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1098px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Stitched Panorama\" src=\"http:\/\/gudphoto.com\/bikenyc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/Summer-Streets-2012-Bike-Portrait-060-stitched.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1088\" height=\"1200\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kevin Chan, who won this new Globe Roll in a raffle held at ARTCRANK at Bicycle Habitat on Thursday, stopped by to pick up his prize.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Summer Streets offers people- and bike-watching of the highest order.
