Remember Julie and her Schwinn Cream<\/a>?<\/p>\n

I took Julie’s bike portrait in April of last year, and it remains one of my favorites (I actually have a print of it on my wall). Well I read\u00a0some sad news<\/a> on Julie’s blog today. While Julie was at work, her bike, which was parked on the street, got hooked by a passing truck. Here is the result:<\/p>\n

Unfrortunately the frame was damaged beyond repair.\u00a0Word on the Twitters is Julie’s out shopping for a new bike right now. I can’t wait to see the new ride. At least we’ll always have the memories…<\/p>\n
