He bought this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biria.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Biria<\/a> bike about 5 years ago from <a href=\"http:\/\/hudsonurbanbicycles.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hudson Urban Bicycles<\/a>, and it&#8217;s come to play multiple roles in his life. As transport &#8211; \u00a0he often uses it to commute to work. As a means of exercise &#8211; because of his knees, he doesn&#8217;t do as much running as he used to.
